A bug-fix build for the tcp30003 mode released

I have just uploaded a new set of builds (rev. 207) containing bug fix for a possible crash when using socket output and TCP30003 compatible output format. It could crash when contact with a plane was lost and information about it was sent to a file handle rather than a socket.

Please update your binaries if you are using sbs1xxx with --ot bs or --ot tcp30003 flags.
